OPTION 1

MOBILE BAR HIRE

BAR HIRE FOR PRIVATE HIRE & EVENTS

Tipple and Bean customised cost options from $900 + GST* to hire as a bar for Private Functions and Events and includes:

  • Hire of the caravan for up to 3 hours
  • Van fridge and ice well

  • Water station for your guests

  • Ice for consumption in drinks and cooling of drinks

  • 1 x Uniformed RSA qualified bar staff

  • 1 x waitperson for glassware cleanup / collection

  • Bar Service – cocktail menu options

  • Service within a 50 km radius of Maroochydore

Additional extras. Contact us for pricing.

  • Glassware for your guests (100 guests)

  • Generator – (when no power source available)

  • Hire for more than 3 hours – charged at $150/hour

  • Extra RSA Qualified Staff – required if pax exceed 100

  • Lawn Games ($150) – Jenga/Scatter/Petanque/Quoits/Naughts & Crosses

  • Hire of the caravan for up to 5 hours
  • Van fridge and ice well

  • Water station for your guests

  • Ice for consumption in drinks and cooling of drinks

  • 2 x Uniformed RSA qualified bar staff
  • 2 x waitperson for glassware cleanup / collection

  • Bar Service – cocktail option is limited to a choice of two cocktails to be served by our bar staff. Note cocktail service is for 2 hours duration.

  • Glassware for up to 100 guests (inc. water glasses, champagne and white wine)

  • Cocktail glassware (coupe or martini)

  • Theme surrounding the van – Candles / florals / crates / bar menu

  • Service within a 50 km radius of Maroochydore

Does Tipple and Bean provide drinks?2024-01-14T06:23:34+00:00

Depends on your hire! If it is as a café – yes. We supply everything… coffee, chai, tea and all things caffeinated for the adults, juice and milkshakes for the kids!

If it is a bar your looking for all drinks are to be supplied by you. Preferably the drinks are to be chilled and on location 1 hour prior to being served. As we are a mobile pop-up bar we do not have a liquor licence but all bar staff are fully certified with RSA certificates.

Yes, 2 x 10 amp power ports will be sufficient!

If power is not available on location we can supply a generator for an additional cost.

Tipple and Bean Pop – Up Café is available for Public Regional Events at no hire cost where individuals will be purchasing food and drink independent to the event organiser. We love being invited to bring our little van for the added ‘ambience’ of an event; school fete, sports, music festivals… Tipple and Bean Pop-Up Bar is for private hire only as we are not a licensed bar!

Is there a cancellation fee?2024-01-15T23:22:27+00:00

We require a non- refundable 20% deposit to be paid as confirmation of your booking. If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of event, we will require the full amount of the invoice to be paid.
